I bring strong critical thinking and stakeholder management skills to help companies at various stages tackle their most pressing challenges. I've worked across Financial Services, CPG, education, and technology, supporting clients on technology transformation and AI enablement, due diligence, organizational redesign, and go-to-market strategy.
With a computer engineering foundation and a focus on AI for business, I work where technology and strategy meet. I've built systems in automotive and mobility at Ford, telecom and networking at Ciena and Cisco, and media technology at Matrox — and now help organizations shape platform strategy, digital transformation, and how AI reshapes how they operate and create value.
I'm passionate about working with founders and early-stage builders. I advise startups on prioritization and go-to-market, angel invest in teams I believe in, and stay close to the ecosystem — including through leadership at McGill Business Consulting Group — to help ideas become scalable companies.
I contribute strategic guidance to community and nonprofit initiatives focused on lasting social impact. Through Yomn Council and related work, I support youth empowerment and organizations navigating growth, priorities, and how to create change that lasts.
